Join us on 23 May 2026, from 9:30 PM to 1:00 AM, for a special Sauna Night at Thera Wellness.
On this evening, you will be invited on a journey into a world of aromas and deep relaxation. Sauna ceremonies in the garden sauna will be led by sauna masters Adam and Robert Puzdrowski, who will host a total of seven sauna sessions. Sauna master Ania will invite you to hammam ceremonies in the steam saunas, as well as two relaxing herbal sessions.
You will have access to the entire sauna and pool area: herbal sauna, rassoul, tepidarium, steam bath, dry sauna, Kneipp path, experience showers, jacuzzi, pools, and the garden with atmospheric lighting designed to encourage calm and relaxation.
Dorota, a sound therapy master, will lead three relaxation sessions accompanied by singing bowls, gongs, and natural instruments.
Spring Sauna Night is a time for relaxation, regeneration, and pleasure.
